Dump Truck Driver (Full-Time)

The Dump Truck Driver is responsible for hauling materials such as dirt, aggregate, and debris to and from job sites using modern dump trucks with automatic transmissions. This role plays a critical part in keeping projects running efficiently by ensuring materials are delivered safely, on time, and in coordination with field crews. In this role, you’ll report to VTF Excavation in Celina, Ohio each morning and be home every night.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate a dump truck to transport materials to and from job sites

Load, haul, and unload materials including dirt, aggregate, and debris

Safely navigate construction sites and public roadways

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Maintain clean and organized equipment

Communicate with crew members to support job site needs

Assist with basic site tasks as needed

Follow all OSHA and company safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS
-
CDL required
-
Clean driving record
-
Experience operating dump trucks or similar equipment preferred

Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions

Strong attention to safety and detail

Willingness to support team operations as needed

Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
